LIFE AFTER HIGH SCHOOL

It is never too early (or too late) to start planning.

HELAINE MANN, Transition Coordinator for District 207

Thursday, November 17, 2011
 7:00 p.m.

Schaumburg Township Board Room - 2nd Floor
One Illinois Boulevard, Hoffman Estates, Illinois

Transition planning for life after high school formally begins at the IEP meeting for the year in which your child will turn 14 1/2.  There is so much to think about even before that magic age, when many students are still in junior high!

Join us to hear about strategies, successes, planning tools and opportunities.

Helaine Mann is transition coordinator in District 207 at Maine South High School in Park Ridge.

Registration is not necessary to attend the meeting.

Free on-site child care is available for parents attending the meeting, but space is limited.  YOU MUST REGISTER FOR CHILD CARE.
